Hi, I’m Tiffany! A New Yorker who now calls the South home, a licensed facial specialist, makeup artist, and the owner of Castillo Esthetics LLC in Pensacola, Florida. I specialize in customized facials, dermaplaning, and brow services, alongside lash lifts, tinting, and bridal and special occasion makeup. Helping others feel confident and cared for is what I love most about this work. My beauty journey started over ten years ago as a makeup artist. In 2021, I felt called to take that passion further—a decision that led me to esthetics school and eventually my own studio. I didn’t have business ownership all figured out, but I took the leap with faith, learning plenty along the way. With a degree in Music Education, the teacher in me is still here! I want you to understand your skin and feel confident caring for it at home. Expect honest guidance, thoughtful care, and probably a few laughs. I’m outgoing, a little goofy, and want you to feel comfortable being yourself, too. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48+ hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients who request to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost, which will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking.
Additionally, a 50% fee will also apply for clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior communication. For example, if the total cost of booked services is $100, a charge of $50 will be incurred in accordance with this policy.
